THE FUCCI COMPANY, INC.
The Fucci Company was founded in 1972 as a real estate management firm under
the name of ReMco Management, Inc.
The Company was incorporated in 1980 and the name changed officially to The
Fucci Company, Inc. in 1986.

President, David Fucci
Secretary, David Stevens
David Fucci was born, raised, and currently resides in Rutland, Vermont. David has an impressive development and construction background having completed over 75 new homes in the Rutland Region in the past 20 years. David has also completed construction projects in excess of $2.5 million during this period. Widely recognized for his expertise in the construction and maintenance fields, David is the immediate past president of The Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of Southern Vermont. He is regularly petitioned to provide expert testimony in pending civil litigations regarding construction related matters.
David Fucci has been directly involved in the field of real estate management and development since 1979. He has extensive experience as a general contractor on several major commercial projects and residential developments, and has acted as a consultant on numerous others.
David Stevens is a managing partner of the accounting firm Stevens-Wilcox located in Rutland, Vermont. David has an extensive background in the field of setting up and auditing numerous housing projects.
From 1972 to the present, The Fucci Company has been involved in all phases of real estate ranging from consulting through development, construction, and general contracting, to sales and property management.
