Allstate Realty and Development, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Ronald A. Fucci of Rutland, Vt. The company was formed as a construction firm to do projects in Vermont and New Hampshire in response to market demand generated by Mr. Fucci's brokerage activities. Ronald Fucci transferred his business interest in the firm to his son, David M. Fucci in 1979 and David has been directing the company affairs actively since that time.
During Ronald's tenure, Allstate Realty developed the first two major residential subdivisions in the Rutland Region, totalling over 150 homesites, and the company was responsible for the construction of over 100 houses on these lots during the 1960's and 1970's. Allstate Realty & Development built homes in Hookett, Merrimack, and Exeter, N.H. during this period also. In addition, Ronald Fucci guided Allstate Realty to successful participation in various major commercial ventures in both Vermont and New Hampshire from 1960 until his semi-retirement in 1980.
David Fucci lives in Rutland, VT. and has an impressive development and construction background having completed over 100 new homes in the Rutland Region in the past 15 years. David has also completed construction projects in excess of $2.5 million during this period. Widely recognized for this expertise in the construction and maintenance fields, Dave is a charter member of the Central Vermont Homebuilders Association and is regularly petitioned to provide expert testimony in pending civil litigation regarding construction related matters.
