WORK IN PROGRESS:
- A recently completed 20 lot subdivision is Phase I of an overall 50 lot project in Rutland, VT. known as Pine Hill. Allstate Realty and Development has installed all roads, services, and utilities and is in the process of marketing available lots by constructing a wide range of single family homes in an affordable price range.
- Scattered single family house lots in an upscale Rutland subdivision known as Grandview Acres are being offered by Allstate Realty with custom built homes in place. This subdivision is one of the area's most prestigious, and many of Allstate Realty's homes have received community praise for their unique design and quality construction.
